If the current rate does not suit you, you can wait a bit — when market conditions change, the rate may become more favorable. We strive to offer clients the most competitive rate in real time.

Time to create an order — 30 minutes. If the order is not placed within this time, it is deleted automatically. In that case, create a new order.

If the order is already completed — funds are non-refundable.

If the order is paid but not yet processed, you can request a refund (minus the payment system fee) by contacting online support on the website.

⚠️ Contact technical support chat as soon as possible and ask to suspend order processing.

Further actions depend on order status:

• If the order is under review or being processed — payment details can be corrected.
• If the order is already completed — you can only receive information about the details to which funds were sent.

Regular orders are processed from 20 to 180 minutes from the moment funds are received in our wallet. Cash orders are processed individually.

Express exchange by card number is a fast exchange of cryptocurrency for rubles with transfer of funds to a card (by card number or SBP). In most cases, the payout arrives in a single payment.

The maximum amount of a single transfer is 100,000 ₽. If the exchange amount exceeds the limit, the payout is automatically split into several payments. The monthly limit is up to 1,000,000 ₽.

Under payment system classification, the transfer comes from a legal entity. This format avoids classic P2P transfers between individuals and the associated additional banking risks.

In rare cases, due to bank processing specifics, the payout may arrive in several transfers or take longer. If payment to the specified details is not possible, the service may request new payment details.

Funds are credited after arrival at the exchange, usually after the network receives the required number of confirmations:

The number of confirmations is regulated by the exchange and may change depending on network load.

If you forgot to confirm payment, contact technical support chat or email. To restore the order, provide the order number or the email used when creating it.

This can happen for various reasons:

• Make sure the "I have paid" button was clicked
• Check whether funds were debited from your wallet or card
• Check transfer status (processing or declined)

Also verify the details to which funds were sent. If everything is correct — contact support for verification.

The "Under review" status is not an error. It may appear if:

1️⃣ Wallet was not issued automatically due to high load

Try a different amount or retry in 15 minutes

2️⃣ A smaller amount was transferred than specified in the order

3️⃣ Transaction delayed in the network

Reason: low fee

No additional action is required from the client — the network automatically generates confirmations

At the moment of crediting, the amount is fixed. During network confirmation, the rate may change, affecting the final amount:

• increases
• decreases
• remains unchanged

⚠️ The website displays a note: "The exchange service does not fix the rate at the time the order is created".

💡 Recommendation: use less volatile assets — USDT (OMNI / TRC / ERC), USDC, and other stablecoins.

If more than 20 minutes have passed since crediting, contact an operator.

Reasons for delay:

1️⃣ Credit card — up to 5 business days per bank regulations

2️⃣ Debit card — check status in your account

3️⃣ Bank delays — possible up to 72 hours in case of technical failures

TXID (Hash ID) is a unique transaction identifier that allows you to track it in the blockchain network.

⚠️ TXID is not a wallet address.

It is a separate identifier assigned to each operation in the network.

How to find a Bitcoin transaction

• Bitcoin address
• block number

Detailed transaction information and confirmation count will then be displayed.

MEMO / TAG must be entered only in the designated field; only digits are allowed.

If the interface has several fields, check with support where exactly to enter MEMO / TAG.
